Join us for a heart-opening cacao, breath, and sound journey guided by Yana and Maria Annabel!
The experience includes breathwork guided by certified facilitator Juhan, supporting you to move energy, soften the nervous system, and access deeper states of awareness.
Together, we create a sacred and intentional space for your healing journey. The ceremonial cacao we offer opens the heart and serves as a nourishing container for deep connection - with yourself, the group, and your intentions.
Through a rich tapestry of sound-healing instruments and voice, you will be gently guided into profound relaxation and expanded states of consciousness.
This ceremony takes place on the Mayan energy of the day called 5 Ix, this can be seen as a day to engage with a training, to practise your abilities and to strengthen your connection to the Earth, your body and one another.
Please bring a journal and pen, as we will allow time for journaling and integration after the journey.
